By accessing or using FindMyCloth ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legal agreement between you and Ravi Web Solutions, Hosapete.

If you are a Merchant, you agree to the specialized terms for showrooms. If you are a User (Shopper), you agree to the discovery and interaction terms.

FindMyCloth is a discovery marketplace. We connect shoppers with local clothing stores in Hosapete. • Merchants use the SaaS to manage catalogs and leads. • Shoppers use the discovery tools to find collections and inquire on WhatsApp.

We facilitate the discovery, but the physical transaction (purchase/return) usually occurs directly at the merchant showroom.

Merchants must: • Provide 100% authentic and accurate product representations. • Respond to customer inquiries professionally. • Upkeep their digital inventory. • Pay subscription fees for premium dashboard features.

We reserve the right to suspend any store that misleads customers or violates local business ethics.

Shoppers agree to: • Use the inquiry system for legitimate purchase intent. • Respect the merchant's business hours when communicating on WhatsApp. • Provide accurate information when completing their discovery profile.

FindMyCloth follows a SaaS model: • Free Trial: 7 days of full access. • Premium: ₹600/month for comprehensive analytics and storefront management.

Payments are managed via PhonePe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation stops future billing, but no refunds are provided for already paid periods.

FindMyCloth is not liable for: • Quality issues with physical clothing purchased at showrooms. • Pricing discrepancies in physical stores compared to digital catalogs. • Any direct transaction issues between a merchant and shopper.

We act solely as a technology layer for discovery and lead management.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Hosapete, Karnataka.
